1. General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the rbage platform ("we", "rbage") and all registered users ("you", "member"). By using the rbage website or application, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

Below are definitions of some important terms used throughout:

• "Platform" — rbage's website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "Account" — a member's personal registered profile through which they access the platform's services.
• "Balance" — the total amount of funds held in a member's account.
• "Bonus" — additional rewards or credits provided by rbage that are usable under specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place bets of a specified amount before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Valid Bet" — any gaming or betting activity completed in accordance with the platform's rules.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

rbage reserves the right to verify the identity of members as a safe and reliable platform. National ID cards, passports, or other government-issued documents may be requested when necessary. The withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended until identity verification is complete.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Security and User Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to keep your rbage account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Granting any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you log in on a public device, always log out afterwards.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the rbage support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

The following payment methods are currently accepted at rbage: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The withdrawal request must be made from a verified account.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• If an active bonus is present, withdrawal is not possible before the wagering requirement is met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, rbage reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

4.3 Transaction Verification

rbage reserves the right to verify all financial transactions. If fraud or unusual activity is suspected, transactions may be suspended and additional information may be requested from the member.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rbage offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Or if you deposit ৳6,000, you will receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, for a total of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement applies to every bonus. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 20 times. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — withdrawal is only possible after wagering has been completed.
• Once a bonus is claimed, it must be used within a specified time limit.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, rbage reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• Each promotional offer may have its own conditions, which will be detailed on the relevant offer page.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities conducted on rbage are managed in a fair and transparent manner. The following policies apply to all members:

• The outcome of all games is determined by verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If incorrect quotations or odds are given due to a system error, rbage reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• For sports betting, the decision of the authority determining the match result is final.

6.1 Maximum Winnings Limit

rbage reserves the right to set a maximum winnings amount for specific games or events. This limit will be stated on the relevant game page or within the betting interface.

7. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbage platform:

• Misuse of bonus funds or bonus arbitrage strategies.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Match-fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Using automated bots or software to operate an account.
• Money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Demeaning, threatening, or harassing other members.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.

All content on the rbage platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials — are the intellectual property of rbage. Reproducing, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission from rbage is strictly prohibited.

Third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft) own their respective intellectual property, and use of their services is governed by each provider's own terms.

12. Changes to Terms & Account Closure

12.1 Changes to Terms

rbage reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

12.2 Account Closure

A member may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any available balance at the time of closure will be withdrawable, however bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

In the event of a breach of terms, rbage reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice.

13. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between rbage and a member, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

1. Initial Complaint: The member submits a complaint through the support channel.
2. Review: The relevant team at rbage will review the complaint and propose a resolution.
3. Response: The member may accept the proposal or raise an objection.
4. Final Decision: If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the decision of rbage's management board will be considered final.

The scope for raising disputes regarding game outcomes, random number generator outputs, or completed transactions is limited. To ensure transparency, rbage retains records of all transactions and game history.
